By using MysteryBox you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register or deposit.

We offer digital mystery boxes with virtual or physical prizes per catalog. Opens use a provably fair random system.

Physical prizes may require shipping, duties, or credit conversion per prize type and platform policy.

We do not guarantee a specific item on every open; odds are disclosed per box.

You are responsible for credential security. One account per person unless we approve otherwise in writing.

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) before payout. We may suspend accounts suspected of fraud.

Bonus balance (promotions, races, referrals, or platform-granted credits) is for in-platform play only. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn and cannot be used to pay shipping or customs duty on physical prizes.

Withdrawals and shipping duty are paid exclusively from principal (confirmed deposits) and winnings (e.g. item sell-backs, battle payouts) — not from bonus balance.

We may block access from jurisdictions where real-money loot boxes or gambling are prohibited.

You are responsible for complying with local law. We do not provide legal advice.

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for downtime, third-party failures (payments, shipping), or indirect damages.

Where permitted by law, liability is limited to your available balance or your last confirmed deposit.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on-site or by email.
